Natchez, Mississippi is a unique town with a very colorful history.  Spared the destruction of the civil war. many of the old buildings, some dating from the 1700's,  are still intact and being utilized.  There are a number mansions built by plantation owners who lived in town while others managed their plantations on a daily basis.  There are many things to see and the food is great!
